As a Full Cycle Insurance Producer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for identifying needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data.
• Must have reliable home internet access.
• Must hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust over phone and video calls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through various virtual channels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements.
• Present and explain insurance products and policy options clearly and concisely.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
• Process applications and finalize policy agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales strategies.
• No cold calling. Answer the phone and make the sale.
• Handle objections professionally and help clients make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
