Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Florida seeks a Placement Analyst to coordinate submissions, gather underwriting information, and maintain carrier communications. You will prepare applications, obtain quotes, and support binding and renewals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires current Florida 2-20 license (or ability to obtain), knowledge of Sagitta, and strong persuasion and sales skills. Hybrid work options and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Florida 2-20 License or ability to obtain.
• Relevant insurance industry education, training, or experience.
• Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management System, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit applications and supporting documentation to insurance carriers.
• Obtain and compare insurance quotes from multiple carriers.
• Assist with gathering underwriting information and ensuring submission packages are complete and accurate.
• Process binder requests and maintain policy documentation.
• Assist with proposal preparation, policy binding and the renewal process.
• Track carrier responses, follow up on outstanding items and maintain workflow timelines.
• Coordinate communication between Placement Specialist, Producers, Carrier Representatives and internal team members.
