SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking a mid-level Insurance Defense / PI Litigation Associate to join a growing litigation team in Houston, Texas. This role is perfect for an attorney with strong insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience who can independently manage a litigation docket from day one.

The position offers a salary of $115,000 – $175,000 with opportunities for bonuses, health insurance contributions, and a hybrid work model after six months.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling high-exposure litigation matters ($1M+ policy limits preferred).
• Strong organizational and billing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a docket of insurance defense and personal injury litigation matters.
• Defend and take fact witness, expert, and corporate representative depositions.
• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
