You will manage defense litigation from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, take depositions, and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Requires active NJ Bar admission.
• Recent insurance defense experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
