You will communicate with clients and courts, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.

The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $200,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including 401k with match, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• NY bar admission is required.
• Recent insurance defense experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
