PinnacleConnect in Uniondale, NY seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our team in a hybrid remote role. You will communicate with clients and opposing counsel, draft pleadings, motions and briefs, and appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.

Requirements include an active NY bar license and recent insurance defense experience. We offer base salary range of $130k to $200k, bonuses, full medical/dental/vision, 401k with generous match, paid parental leave, monthly

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
