Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognized college program with a focus on risk management or related field and local to Tampa, Florida.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across the claims process starting with First Notice of Loss (FNOL).
• Assist with system updates, integrations, and implementation projects within the claims department.
• Help build and develop new reports to support data and analytics initiatives.
• Develop new processes and tools to drive efficiencies.
• Complete rotations with department leadership, operations/support, training, QI, and other areas.
