Qualifications

• Must have a Producer's License and active working credentials.
• Minimum 3+ years of insurance experience and brokerage exposure.
• Familiarity with insurance coverage forms and underwriting practices.
• Strong negotiation and sales capabilities with agents and clients.
• Solid written and oral communication, attention to detail, and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Develop client relationships to generate submissions and new business.
• Review submissions and compile loss pics, risk summaries, and narratives.
• Market risks to insurers and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Provide quotations and respond to inquiries from agents and clients.
• Assist with renewals, remarketing, and endorsements as needed.
• Visit agents and participate in industry events to source opportunities.
• Collaborate with staff and underwriters to ensure timely, accurate work.
