Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and submit clean insurance claims to Medicare, MVA, Workers' Comp, and other payers.
• Follow up on unpaid/denied/returned claims to maximize reimbursement.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to service for eligibility and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to obtain documentation or correct coding as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor aging reports to meet deadlines.
