The role is hybrid with 90% home office and 20% on-site in Livermore for milestone meetings. You will perform detailed task analyses, create student and facilitator guides, develop simulations and assessments, and collaborate with SMEs under the guidance of a Senior Instructional Designer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ILT development for complex hands-on skills in utilities.
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field.
• Strong instructional design methodologies and technical writing.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships in the Power Generation utilities.
• Perform detailed task analyses for hydro utility workers performing high-risk tasks.
• Create hands-on practice activities, guides, facilitator guides, and scenario-based learning.
