Job summary

Finezi Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop instructor-led and field-based training for apprentices in the Power Generation utility sector. You will perform task analyses for hydro utility workers and craft hands-on activities, guides, and assessments.

Requirements include 3+ years in ILT training, a Bachelor’s in instructional design or related field, and strong instructional design skills. Hybrid work with occasional on-site collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing instructor-led training for complex, hands-on skills.
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or education or related field.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships in Power Generation utilities.
• Perform task analysis for hydro utility workers performing high-risk, hands-on work.
• Create hands-on practice activities, student guides, facilitator guides, and scenario-based learning materials.
