• Experience in aligning content with business processes and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing objectives for learning aligned with business documentation.
• Help facilitate professional development courses and align guides with curriculum.
• Support content development and update instructional materials and assessments.
• Assist with needs assessments and evaluations to improve learning experiences.
• Review course data and help translate feedback into actions.
• Assist in measuring participant performance using assessment tools.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders and provide guidance on adult learning standards.
