Havenside is seeking an Installation Administrator in Pittsburgh to keep installations moving from approved sale to finished work. You will assemble permits, schedule installers, track documentation, and report progress to management.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software. Office-based with remote flexibility, you will liaise between the installs team, subcontractors, customers, and permitting agencies to resolve

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and agencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and submit permit packages to local, state, and utility authorities.
• Communicate with permitting agencies to confirm receipt and status of applications and resolve missing information.
• Handle follow-ups and resubmissions to keep projects moving.
• Provide regular updates to project teams on permit progress and delays.
• Coordinate installation schedules with subcontractors and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, photos, and change orders.
