Qualifications

• 2–6 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience.
• Experience with Chapter 11, restructurings, M&A, and creditor negotiations.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Portable book of business not required.
• Hybrid work arrangement after the initial period.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters
• Handle Chapter 11 proceedings and related restructurings
• Support M&A transactions arising in the bankruptcy context
• Lead and participate in creditor negotiations
• Engage in mentorship and career development activities through the firm's associate program
