Hill's Pet Nutrition, a part of Colgate-Palmolive, is seeking an Insights Analyst on the Global Growth & Innovation Team. You will contribute to data-driven decisions by leading qualitative and quantitative research across global markets, translating consumer and veterinary data into strategic business insights.

The role emphasizes people-centric decision making, collaboration across teams, and driving innovation with a focus on pet nutrition brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing or relevant field
4+ years of experience in Market Research/Insights or related experience
Proven experience managing the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies (agile, online, or in-person)
MBA (preferred)
Knowledge of concept testing and strong project management skills
Experience with syndicated data and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Execute Strategic Insights Research: oversee qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover core business needs
Integrate & Analyze Multi-Source Data from primary, secondary, internal, social listening and panel data
Measure and optimize concept success KPIs using standard methodologies and vendor tools
Educate stakeholders on Agile research platforms and embed data-driven decision-making
Oversee project budgets, tools, vendor relationships, and templates
