Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive's Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking an Insights Analyst to drive human-centered, data-driven decisions on the Global Growth & Innovation Team. You will lead qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable business strategies for pets and their families.

The role collaborates across functions, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and champions agile, evidence-based decision-making in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/analytics field and 4+ years in market research or insights.
• Experience executing qualitative and quantitative research studies (agile, online, or in-person).
• MBA is a plus and strong data-driven storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic insights studies (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover category questions and business needs.
• Synthesize multi-source data to identify trends and inform commercial strategy.
• Measure KPIs for innovation concepts and train teams on Agile research platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and templates; resolve data or supplier issues.
