HearingLife is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Insurance to solve business challenges and support data-driven decisions. The role involves data gathering, trend identification, and practical recommendations across forecasting, reporting, and process improvement.

The position is hybrid with a Somerset, NJ location, and requires authorization to work in the United States. Target salary ranges are 75–85k with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, source, organize, and interpret data to answer business questions.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to support objectives.
• Translate data findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support forecasting, performance monitoring, and planning activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
• Contribute to special projects and adoption of new tools and analytics capabilities.
