Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role or a related degree with project work.
• Comfort with data and defensible answers; SQL is ideal, or proficiency in Python, R or Excel with willingness to learn SQL.
• Quantitative judgement to spot wrong numbers before sharing results.
• Clear communication to explain results to non-analysts without jargon.
• Genuine appetite to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Ownership to drive questions through to decisions, not just deliver spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer business questions with data by pulling, joining and interrogating data from our warehouse.
• Build and run daily operational dashboards that are accurate and fast.
• Support pricing and financial analysis by modeling margins and unit economics.
• Contribute to strategic analysis to size opportunities and test assumptions.
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations with clear next steps.
• Automate recurring pulls and document definitions to speed up future analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and commercial teams to scope the real question.
