Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-time workplace experience.
• Strong technical research methodology skills and a solid understanding of data collection best practices and tools.
• Self-starter mindset with ownership, independence, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with deck production, data visualization, and presentation tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple analysis projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data collection, interpretation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing team delivering data-driven insights to a vast range of clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the agency network to support analytics & insights needs.
• Support research projects including desk research, taxonomy design, media analysis, and audience intelligence.
• Produce reports and analyses to support data-backed findings and strategic recommendations.
• Execute measurement plans for owned, social, and earned properties.
• Assist in business development by informing proposal strategies through insights deliverables.
• Work with the Strategic Insights team on research methodologies, data capture, and storytelling.
