Barton Mines Company in Glens Falls, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to market garnet abrasives and waterjet machine parts from our Glens Falls headquarters.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (three days in-office and two days home office) with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to travel overnight periodically.
• Technical/professional aptitude with garnet or industrial products preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for garnet abrasives and waterjet parts.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to maintain relationships.
• Prepare quotes and manage customer data in the CRM/database.
• Process orders and keep pricing, calendars, and records up to date.
