Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initial contact with potential customers by phone, build rapport and gather information.
• Maintain customer and prospect data in the database, manage pricing and records.
• Prepare price quotes and bids; input information into the system.
• Provide ongoing support to RSM, customers, and technicians; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter orders for garnet samples and parts into the system.
