Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist I to support and coordinate the sales of assigned products across channels. You will serve as the main contact for sales teams and partners, handling orders, configuration, shipment tracking, and pricing.

Ideal candidates have a BS in business, 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP/EDI and bilingual English-French Canadian are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. Business or related field
• One to two (1-2) years of experience in similar role
• Great communication skills (written & spoken)
• Prior customer service experience
• Technical experience with MS Office – advanced Excel & Power Point

Responsibilities

• Obtain annual forecasts and orders on a monthly basis
• Inside sales territory support including order configuration, shipment coordination, and pricing quotes
• Support for business unit sales accounts through orders and invoicing
• Communicate monthly with business unit sales channel and assist territory managers
• Represent the business unit at external functions such as dealer training events and trade shows
