Responsibilities

• Follow up with current customers within 30 days of warranty to determine service contracts.
• Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per month to potential customers.
• Document calls, sales activity, and customer information in the CRM.
• Support Regional Sales Managers with sales and administrative tasks.
• Answer incoming calls regarding sales requests for products and services.
• Coordinate and communicate sales efforts with Outside Sales Managers.
• Prepare and follow up on customer proposals in a timely manner.
