You will build relationships by phone, manage proposals, and follow up to close opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or inside sales, strong communication, and comfort with Microsoft Office and industry

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Technically inclined to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert inspection deficiency reports into sales opportunities by coordinating with Inspectors and field teams.
• Build relationships via telephone and drive opportunities into service sales.
• Clarify details of deficiencies and communicate with customers to complete timely proposals.
• Follow up after proposal submission and manage ongoing client relationships.
