Job summary

Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) in Madison, WI, is seeking a customer service and inside sales representative. You will assist customers, provide administrative support to BCE management, and promote BCE wood and metal furniture, upholstered seating, and other products to tax-supported and non-profit agencies.

You will learn ERP/CRM systems, enter complex furniture orders, maintain CRM data, and assist with research, design, development and marketing of new and existing products.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales and marketing techniques that build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM and ERP business applications.
• Entering data and maintaining sales records.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support to BCE management staff.
• Promote BCE wood and metal furniture, upholstered seating, and other products to tax-supported and tax-exempt agencies.
• Learn and use ERP and CRM systems, enter complex furniture orders, and maintain CRM/ERP data.
