Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Boothwyn, PA; Franklin, MA; Hanover, MD; Moon Township, PA or Mountainside, NJ.

The ISE will support management, sales engineers, distributors, and customers with technical, service, and commercial solutions for power distribution, protection, and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include quotations, project management, and relationship building across market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum one year of work experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
No relocation; reside within 50 miles of Boothwyn, PA; Franklin, MA; Hanover, MD; Moon Township, PA; Mountainside, NJ.
Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications; determine BOM, price, and shipment cycle.
Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues using available resources.
Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns; manage shipping/service requests.
Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
Establish and maintain strong commercial relations with customers using sales, application engineering, product knowledge, and market plans.
