Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in managed care contracting, payer relations, or related function.
• Direct experience negotiating with California IPAs and delegated medical groups.
• Knowledge of California managed care landscape and IPA contracting structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of payer, IPA, and medical group contracts.
• Develop relationships with California IPAs, medical groups, and health plans.
• Evaluate reimbursement rates, fee schedules, and contract terms.
