Schupan in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking an Infrastructure & Security Engineer II to own the health, security, and evolution of our Microsoft-based infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will manage identity, Security tools, and modern AI-assisted security workflows in a multi-site enterprise.

The role requires on-site presence 3–4 days weekly across Wixom, Grand Rapids, or Kalamazoo, with frequent travel between Michigan sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise systems administration.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Expert-level Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and VMware.

Responsabilités

• Harden and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure.
• Lead server migrations with minimal business disruption.
• Use AI-enabled tools for automated testing and vulnerability discovery.
• Develop security monitoring, alerts, and reporting.
