Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Operations professional to build, manage, monitor, and operate the firm’s infrastructure environments in support of secure, reliable applications. The role covers disaster recovery, 24x7 on-call availability, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure systems and security configuration.
• Experience aligning performance, security and application requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and network services.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders and leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, monitors, secures and operates infrastructure systems.
• Ensures global integration points and cloud systems are available at all times.
• Performs hands-on configuration and creates system documentation.
• Participates in disaster recovery planning, testing and validation.
• Manages vendor relationships and on-call rotations.
• Performs daily monitoring and maintenance for high availability.
• Identifies improvements, capacity changes and upgrades.
• Resolves escalated cases and performs root-cause analysis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
