Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to build, manage, monitor, and operate our global infrastructure environments that support applications, security, and disaster recovery. This role emphasizes availability, performance, and on‑call readiness across Microsoft Azure and on‑premise systems.

You will work in a hybrid setup, sit in any US office, collaborate with security, networking, and IT operations teams, and guide upgrades, documentation, and incident response to

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience with Active Directory, computer storage and networking.
• Strong scripting and security configuration knowledge.
• Experience with Azure AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, monitors, secures and operates the firm's infrastructure systems and environments.
• Ensures systems availability for global integration points and Cloud systems.
• Performs hands-on configuration and documentation.
• Participates in disaster recovery planning, testing and validation.
• Engages with vendor relationships and 24x7 on‑call rotation.
• Keeps systems highly available, stable and performing optimally.
• Performs fault resolution and root-cause analysis.
