Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Active Directory, storage and networking.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science or IT.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, monitors, secures and operates firm infrastructure systems and environments.
• Ensures systems and cloud integration points are available and functioning.
• Performs hands-on configuration and creates system documentation.
• Participates in disaster recovery planning, testing and validation.
• Maintains and supports daily monitoring and on-call rotation.
• Performs fault resolution and root-cause analysis.
