Job summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) seeks an Information Security Analyst in Phoenix to safeguard data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. You will serve as the security liaison, enforce data protection protocols, and manage access control across ADHS environments.

You will lead secure deployments, implement secure VPNs, and guide incident response while supporting a diverse workforce and ensuring compliance with health information privacy standards.

Qualifications

• HIPAA and departmental standards related to data security in a health‑care enterprise.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of client–server concepts, design, and applications.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, compliance and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of CQI and performance improvement in a public health setting.
