Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks an Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer with 2+ years of consulting experience to design industrial water and wastewater treatment systems. The role involves preparing drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical reports under senior oversight, with field tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of industrial wastewater experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater equipment for industrial clients.
• Valid driver's license.
• Master's degree or PhD in engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Function as the wastewater process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects, leading design tasks with assistance from IWTO engineers and SMEs.
• Develop drawings, specifications, P&IDs, calculations, technical reports, and equipment selection for projects.
• Coordinate with drafters/designers and other disciplines to complete construction documents.
• Support engineering services during construction, including submittal reviews and RFI responses.
• Verify performance and conformity with drawings and specs through field inspection and testing during construction and commissioning.
