Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field.
• Must graduate December 2027 or later.
• Must continue enrollment in degree program after internship.
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA+)

Responsibilities

• Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing technologies and participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and SOPs.
