Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to develop relationships with pre-qualified customers, travel within your service area, and conduct in-home sales presentations to close high-ticket deals. Top performers can earn up to $200k with no cap on commissions.

The role is full-time W-2 with a hybrid work model and a compensation range of $90,000 to $225,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to work six days a week with your choice of day off.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
• Previous in-home sales experience and/or knowledge of home improvement products are a plus but not required!
• No cold calls! All appointments are pre-qualified by our call center.
• Average first-year compensation: $100,000 – $150,000. Top performers earn up to $200,000 with no cap on commissions.

Aufgaben

• Conduct professional, in-home sales presentations of our services to homeowners.
• Travel to and from appointments as required, completing assessments of homes to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our portfolio of products to best serve the customer’s needs.
• Overcome objections from homeowners and close sales by making our financing options attractive and feasible.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing paid training with the goal of continuously improving presentation and closing skills.
