Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert for a full-time hybrid, in-home sales role. You will travel within your service area, conduct professional in-home presentations for homeowners, and work to close high-ticket deals with pre-qualified appointments.

Pay ranges from $90,000 to $225,000 per year, with weekly commissions, ongoing paid training, and benefits after 90 days. Average first-year earnings are around six figures, with top performers earning well over

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to work six days a week with your choice of day off.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
• Previous in-home sales experience and/or knowledge of home improvement products are a plus but not required.
• No cold calls; all appointments are pre-qualified by our call center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, in-home sales presentations of our services to homeowners.
• Travel to and from appointments as required, completing assessments of homes to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our portfolio of products to best serve the customer’s needs.
• Overcome objections from homeowners and close sales by making our financing options attractive and feasible.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing paid training with the goal of continuously improving presentation and closing skills.
