Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven Home Remodeling Expert to join our growing W-2 sales team. In this full-time role you will meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver compelling presentations, and close high-ticket remodeling deals. Top performers earn uncapped commissions, with earning potential up to $300K per year.

Average first-year earnings range $100K–$150K. We offer a six-day work week, no cold calls (appointments pre-set and pre-qualified), comprehensive benefits after 30

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (6 days/week).
• Self-motivated; works well independently or on a team.
• Sales or home improvement experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners.
• Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales.
