Ahead ABA is an in home ABA provider in Maryland seeking a BCBA to join our flexible team in the College Park area. You will design and supervise treatment plans, support families, and guide RBTs on each caseload.

We offer real flexibility: set your own weekly schedule, hybrid work with time from home for notes, and responsive leadership. Maryland licensure or eligibility is required to begin.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required and Maryland license or ability to obtain one.
• Comfortable driving in Prince George's County and in-home service delivery.
• Strong communication with families and ability to supervise RBTs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide RBT supervision in the home.
• Deliver parent training and support.
• Review data and update goals.
