Ahead ABA is hiring a BCBA for clients in and around Bowie, Maryland. We keep things simple: fair pay, flexible hours, and a team that has your back. Benefits include $90 to $100 an hour, a hybrid work model, and RBT support so you are never on your own.

Room to grow as we expand in Maryland. Duties: assess new clients and write plans, supervise and train RBTs, guide parents and caregivers, and keep notes and data up to date.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and family-facing skills.
