Job summary

IMT Insurance, via IMT Software Services, is seeking an Implementation Associate to coordinate and support the implementation of our software products for farm mutual insurance clients. The role emphasizes effective communication, data collection, and process improvements across the implementation lifecycle.

You will help maintain schedules, prepare setup data, and produce training materials, tutorials, and documentation while delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• College degree education or 3 years related work experience required.
• Must be detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
• Analytical, math and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional conduct across customers and colleagues.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Strong listening and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to make public presentations, product demonstrations, training videos and webinars.
• Ability to work with and understand technical environments.
• Understanding of insurance and accounting practices to support client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license due to field work.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing ongoing communication with customers before, during, and after implementation of products.
• Maintain Implementation Schedules and communicate them externally and internally.
• Collect data from customers necessary for implementation setup and configuration.
• Identify impact and gaps between core systems and communicate with team as instructed.
• Improve product setup and training documentation.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including articles and tutorial videos.
• Assist as needed with implementation of products.
• Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
