Job summary

FacilityOS in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Customer Implementation & Rollout specialist to lead end-to-end deployments, from kickoff to go-live, including planning, configuration, and stakeholder coordination.

You will drive readiness across IT, Security, Facilities, and compliance while ensuring successful adoption and data readiness for production launch. The role blends technical config with customer enablement in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing digital roles (Implementation, Technical Support, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting).
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, networking; basic MDM knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Zendesk, Gainsight, Salesforce, Notion, Scribe and MS Office in ticketing/project-tracking environments.
• Knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries (joins, filters, validating imports).
• Ability to perform PC software/hardware installations and device setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Define implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria; keep projects on track and customers informed.
• Configure FacilityOS solutions to match customer workflows, security requirements, and site-specific needs.
• Drive rollout readiness across IT, Security, Facilities, Reception/Front Desk, Compliance; ensure adoption and continuity.
• Act as coordination point between Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and QA during implementations.
• Provide structured handoff documentation to Support after go-live and identify improvement opportunities.
