Job summary

Parker Staffing is seeking a Paralegal for a leading international law firm in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on business immigration matters, preparing and managing petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM, and coordinating with attorneys and clients to meet deadlines.

You will draft supporting documents, respond to RFEs, maintain organized case files, and deliver professional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business immigration matters.
• Strong knowledge of H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM processes.
• Experience preparing RFE responses, PERM audit responses, and complex filings.
• Excellent written communication and business writing skills.
• Strong case management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and immigration/document management systems such as INSZoom.
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills with a professional, responsive approach.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft supporting documentation, correspondence, and case materials for attorney review.
• Prepare responses to RFEs, PERM audits, and other government inquiries.
• Prepare and organize immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and other complex case types.
• Manage immigration cases from initiation through filing, tracking deadlines, requirements, and case status.
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather documentation, provide updates, and address case-related questions.
• Review case materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable immigration requirements.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and update immigration or document management systems.
• Coordinate with attorneys, administrative staff, and other team members to keep cases progressing efficiently.
• Prioritize multiple matters and meet filing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Deliver responsive, professional client service while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned
