Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in immigration coordination, case management, operations support, candidate services, or related field.
• Experience managing documentation, case tracking, or workflow processes.
• Experience with databases, applicant tracking systems, CRM systems, or case management platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment-based immigration cases through filing and submission.
• Prepare I-140 petitions, ETA-9089 documentation, support letters, and related filings.
• Monitor case progression and update case milestones in system.
• Maintain accurate case records, receipt numbers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with USCIS, NVC, and consulates as needed.
• Provide start-date readiness support for visa interviews and relocation.
