Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically 7 years of experience in a large, complex radiology department including Nuclear Medicine.
• At least 3 years of management experience handling staff, budgets and multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system-wide imaging function initiatives including PACS and Radiation Safety.
• Lead QA program to ensure a high level of patient care.
• Ensure imaging services comply with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate patient service fees and pricing.
• Oversee equipment service programs and capital planning.
• Direct maintenance of imaging equipment and cost-control.
• Manage HR tasks: interviewing, staffing, performance evaluations.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and control expenditures.
• Ensure ethical conduct and compliance with policies.
