Job summary

IMPACT Inc. is seeking a full-time, hybrid IDP Assessor to conduct in-person and telephonic assessments within the Substance Use Disorder program. You will evaluate client needs, make referrals to resources, and handle documentation and case management to support client success.

Qualified candidates have a social work/psychology background, Wisconsin residence, and at least 1 year in SUD. Bilingual Spanish and SAC license are a plus; DOT access eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology; DHS exemption may substitute
• SAC License preferred if available
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• At least one year of experience in SUD field
• IDP AT-IT and IDP-AT certifications within specified timelines
• Ability to learn new software systems and use electronic databases
• Must reside in Wisconsin

Responsibilities

• Conduct IDP assessments in-person and by phone
• Log client data accurately and timely
• Complete required continuing education hours
• Provide referrals to community resources
• Complete timely paperwork and case management as needed
• Maintain documentation records
• Participate in department and agency meetings
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws
• Support organizational initiatives
