Job Title: Hybrid Identity Consultant

About the Role:

As a Hybrid Identity Customer Engineer, you will collaborate directly with enterprise customers to provide expert advisory services across Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services, and hybrid identity solutions. Leveraging structured IP (MIP) engagements, you will establish trusted advisor relationships and guide customers toward achieving healthy, secure identity postures.

Required Skills:

• Experience Level: Senior to expert (300‑400 level) in Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services, and hybrid identity solutions within enterprise environments.
• Language Spoken: English (Proficient to Expert)
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Entra ID RBAC, authentication models (OAuth/SAML/OIDC), Conditional Access, PIM, Entra ID Governance, AD DS design/architecture, FSMO/RODC management, GPO troubleshooting, and cross‑forest authentication.
• Enterprise Focus: Proven experience supporting large‑scale hybrid identity environments with P1/P2 features.
• Consulting Experience: Customer‑facing roles delivering workshops, assessments, and technical blocker removal.
• Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting across AD replication, authentication failures, and identity synchronization.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert advisory services across Entra ID, AD DS, and hybrid identity technologies
• Execute MIP engagements (WorkshopPLUS, Onboarding Accelerators, Technical Blocker Mitigation)
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for complex hybrid identity scenarios
• Design and validate secure identity architectures and governance frameworks
• Conduct technical training and workshops for enterprise customers

Desired Skills:

• Active Directory Security (Tier model, security baselines, fine‑grain password policy)
• Graph API, PowerShell automation for identity management
• Network analysis (Wireshark) for AD/Entra troubleshooting

Location: Remote

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between$110K-120K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
