The Client Service Executive (CSE) will land and expand business development and sales activities to scale accounts at pace. She/he will demonstrate a passion for our full-service digital engineering value proposition to grow local market opportunities and deliver a best-in-class client experience. Reporting to the Vice President and Market Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenues and market share within key Asset Management clients. Incumbents of the role will be well positioned for career advancement, recognition, and professional development. Specific areas of responsibility:
Drive, shape and win SOW-based engagements within assigned accounts and new logos
Be able to position Ascendion as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for growth
Develop deep, impactful, and trusted consultative relationships with targeted client executives
Work with Ascendion’s different practice areas to propose, sell, and deliver digital initiatives
Work with Delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Participation in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, business approach, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning of team service, pricing / commercial decisions
Uphold and promote our company values through an inclusive communication style, growth celebrations and positive office presence
Successfully partner with aligned industry and technical experts to execute on account strategies and outcome-based deliverables
Assume full accountability for career development, sales performance, and productivity of direct reports; provide training, tactical guidance, professional development, and conflict resolution as needed
Deliver consistent quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year target achievement; protect accounts from competitive displacement
Serve as point of escalation for understanding and resolving client needs
Ensure accurate and timely YTD information on targets, funnel, pipeline, and revenue
2-10 years’ experience in enterprise account planning and execution for a top-tier software company and/or tech consulting firm
2-10 years’ experience influencing outcomes with key decision makers and/or purchasers of digital engineering solutions
Proven track record of achieving quarterly and yearly minimum quota achievement of $300K - $1 Million, within a solution selling model
Proven track record of growing accounts ranging from $2M – $20M in annual revenue
4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; majors in Business, Computing, Engineering, or Sciences are highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage executive (CXO) relationships
Exposure to the latest and greatest technologies – digital e-commerce, mobility, and analytics.
Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals for IT services
Salary Range: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 -$150,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs
