Job summary

Biogen seeks an experienced Solution Architect/Delivery Lead for IAM, focusing on SailPoint-based governance, provisioning, and role management. The role delivers enterprise identity governance, integrates with Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud apps, and leads architecture reviews and governance with cross-functional teams.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days per week in Cambridge, MA or RTP, NC, with compensation aligned to location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years SailPoint experience.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.
• Experience delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC and ServiceNow frontend.
• Define IAM architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Create high-level and low-level designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design to deployment.
• Design provisioning and de-provisioning workflows and SoD controls.
• Configure access certifications and lifecycle management.
