Job summary

Biogen seeks an experienced Solution Architect/Delivery Lead to design, architect, and implement enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint. The role sits within Enterprise IT Services to strengthen access governance, provisioning, and audit capabilities across the organization.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week in Cambridge, MA or Research Triangle Park, NC, with compensation determined by location and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with enterprise IAM focus.
• 6+ years hands-on SailPoint experience.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint ISC and ServiceNow as a front end.
• Define IAM architecture, standards, and best practices aligned with security and compliance requirements.
• Create high-level and low-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design through deployment.
• Design provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Configure access certifications, lifecycle events, role management, policy violations, and SoD.
