Job summary

AE Business Solutions is seeking an experienced IAM Security Engineer to support design, implementation, and ongoing administration of enterprise identity and access security solutions. The role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with regular on-site collaboration in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities include deploying IAM technologies, ensuring identity lifecycle management, SSO/federation, and privileged access management, plus scripting to automate provisioning and monitoring.

Qualifications

• At least two years of cybersecurity experience, with IAM architecture, engineering, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or a related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise IAM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer enterprise IAM solutions.
• Configure and deploy identity lifecycle management, SSO, and PAM.
• Administer IAM integrations across AD, LDAP, databases, and apps.
• Develop test plans and documentation for IAM deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
